The best way to reach our technical support group is to send us an E-mail with all of
the pertinent information included. Be sure to all the details of any problem your having including what version of browser you are using, i.e. Netscape ver 3.02 or AOL ver 2.0 this will help us in determining your
problem. Remember the more information you give us the sooner we can correct your problem. If you have to call our hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Part of the time our E-mail is checked on
evenings and weekends that is why it is better to E-mail then call.
